Formlube 44
FORMLUBE 44 is a polymeric emulsion designed as a lubricant for the swaging and stamping of ferrous and nonferrous materials. FORMLUBE 44 may also be used as a liquid polymeric drawing lubricant.
Formlube 46
Polymeric emulsion designed as a lubricant for the cold forming of ferrous and nonferrous materials. Formlube 46 provides exceptional tank life and very low consumption rates compared to traditional cold forming lubricants while eliminating the dusting issues associated with soap-based cold forming lubricants. Formlube 46 films are "softer" than Formlube 45 series films.
Formlube 36-22
Polymeric emulsion designed as a lubricant for the cold forming of ferrous and nonferrous materials. Formlube 36-22 has been succesfully used in aluminum forming applications without the need for a conversion coating pretreatment.
Formlube 45
Polymeric emulsion designed as a lubricant for the cold forming of ferrous and nonferrous materials. Formlube 45-16 provides exceptional tank life and very low consumption rates compared to traditional cold forming lubricants while eliminating the dusting and extending die life. Formlube 45 series lubricants can be used in certian drawing applications over bare steel.
Formlube 47
The next generation of cold forming/drawing polymer lubricants Formlube 47 provides the same benefits as Formlubes 45 and 46 series with a few new tricks. Formlube 47 contains a unique additive package that provides both increase corrosion resistance of the film as well as added lubricity. Formulated to be ammonia free it is more pH stable than its predecessors. Formlube 47 works in cold forming, impact extrusion, drawing, and stamping operations.
Formlube 50A
Polymer-based emulsion/dispersion designed as a lubricant for the toughest cold forming applications. Provides exceptional tank life while outperforming reactive soap lubricants.
Formlube 51A
Water–based polymer blend lubricant with a wide range of applications including warm forming of copper/brass and cold forming of aluminum.
Formlube 52
Rid your facility of graphite and molybdenum based lubricants and the associated cleaning and downstream contamination issues. Formlube 52 is a water-based polymer dispersion for the warm forming of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Formlube 53
Formlube 53 is a ploymer based spray lubruicant for warm forming of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Free of both graphite and molydenum it can clean up your facility and ir readily removed from the part surface after forming.
